Operations Team Member (m/f/d)

You will be joining an established and experienced commercial team. MINSHIP’s current fleet consists of 15 handy size bulk carriers on the water, as well as 2 MPP’s. Other fleet management disciplines are in-house as well.

• Be in charge and manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned vessels
• Oversee scheduling, route planning, and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with vessel masters, port authorities, and clients
• Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards
• Build and develop relationships with all stakeholders
• Work closely within the team and other departments to optimize the voyages
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions

• Fluent English/ willingness to travel/ effective communication skills
• Min. 3 years’ experience in maritime commercial operations in an owner/operator set-up
• In-depth knowledge of shipping operations and procedures
• Ability to work within a team and independently as well
• Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
• Commercial awareness and cost-control focus with sufficient knowledge of charter parties
• Working experience with Veson will be a significant advantage
